This famous British made comb is ideal for removing undercoat on silky haired Spaniels and Setters. It can also be used on Terriers.

Please apply the same technique as with carding. Hold the skin tight and comb parallel to the skin.

The comb should lay parallel to the dog’s skin – the pins should not touch the dog. It will drag slightly as then the bands hold and collect the hair.

We suggest to clean it with an UV sterilizer if you are going to use it on multiple dogs from different households (e.g. in a grooming salon). The hair does not have to be meticulously removed every time and when you do, please do not pull the bands out.
